About

Biography, trajectory, and cross-domain work

This page maps how education, programming, writing, content creation, and fitness evolved into one integrated body of work.

General

My Journey

I was born on March 9, 2004, in Lisbon, Portugal, and I am half Italian and half Portuguese. My father is Italian and my mother is Portuguese.

My work and identity sit across programming, writing, content creation, fitness, and academic study rather than in one narrow track.

I use physical training to stabilize momentum, writing to sharpen thinking, and software as the medium for building concrete systems over long horizons.

This page is designed to show how those streams developed over time and how they now reinforce each other as one integrated trajectory.

My Education Journey

I attended St Julian's School in Portugal from September 2008 to May 2022.

From September 2022 to May 2024, I attended St. Edward's University in Austin, starting in Economics before switching to a double major in Philosophy and Psychology.

Since September 2024, I have been based in Brighton and studying Politics and Philosophy at the University of Sussex.

My Programming Journey

I studied Computer Science in my IGCSEs with Python, and later took Computer Science at Higher Level in the IB, where I studied JavaScript.

I have been interested in machine learning and deep neural networks for years, including a summer course at Imperial College in 2018.

In December 2022, I started using ChatGPT, which became a practical inflection point in how I iterate on technical ideas and workflows.

For a long time, most of my coding happened in waves: many unfinished game development projects and one completed website used during a short political streaming period on Twitch.

In March 2025, I returned to programming seriously and built a fully functioning ant colony simulation, even if the architecture was not ideal.

My Fitness Journey

My early relationship with fitness was inconsistent: basketball, Taekwondo, family running, and other short-lived sports without sustained progression.

That changed once I approached lifting as a serious system. Tracking training, studying hypertrophy, and building routines around consistency turned fitness from a vague ambition into a durable practice.

Fitness now acts as both a standalone pursuit and a stabilizing force behind the rest of my work.

My Writing Journey

Although I despised writing as a child, discovering engaging subjects and switching to a computer transformed me into a prolific writer with a massive journal and multiple ongoing books. The advent of AI further accelerated my process by helping me organize complex ideas, though I deliberately limit its use in my daily journaling to keep my mind sharp.

After a brief stint on Substack in 2023, I returned in 2025 to publish dozens of articles focused on fixing broken societal systems like housing, education, and algorithmic manipulation. My essays explore the intersection of technology, human nature, and policy, advocating for pragmatic solutions like a Gardener State rather than relying on rigid political ideologies. Ultimately, typing these thoughts out serves as a vital tool to slow down my busy mind and make sense of a rapidly changing world.

My Content Journey

My journey began in childhood, begging anyone to watch me play video games. Years later, the superficiality of growing a 200,000-follower TikTok account took a heavy toll. That burnout paved the way for my most rewarding era: building a tight-knit political streaming community on Twitch. Finding people who valued my ideas over my appearance completely redefined why I create.

Today, content creation is my tool to drive positive change. Whether through gym vlogs or philosophical discussions, my goal is to help others navigate and improve the world. I still grapple with the vulnerability of putting myself out there, but marrying the deeply human desire to be seen with a genuine mission to educate gives my work a meaningful, sustainable foundation.
